Who provides the service
BIERZO SEO Y MARKETING S.L., tax ID/CIF B-24730178, C. General Gómez Núñez, 2, planta 1, oficina 2, 24402 Ponferrada (León), Spain, owner of Pindash. Contact: hello@pindash.pro.
What the programme is
The agency programme is for agencies, developers and consultants who work with several online stores. Signing up is free: the agency account has no trial that runs out, no paid plan and no stores of its own, and gives access to the agency dashboard, where the Pindash accounts the agency’s person belongs to are shown together, each with its own figures.
How a client is linked
- The client has its own Pindash account, with its service contract and data processing agreement with Pindash, and is responsible for them.
- The client invites the agency’s person to its team from Settings → Team, with the role it chooses. That person does not take up a user seat on the client’s plan.
- The agency sees the figures of the accounts that invite it, like the rest of their team, and can see them next to those of its other clients in the agency dashboard. It uses them only to provide its services to that client and treats them as confidential.
- The client can remove the agency from its team at any time, in Settings → Team. When it does, the agency stops seeing its figures and the option chosen for that client ends, with the consequences explained below.
For each linked client, the agency chooses one of these two options. A client works with only one agency at a time.
Option A · Commission
The client pays its regular plan and the agency earns a commission on what it pays, under the Pindash affiliate programme terms in force when the account is linked (currently 25% of what the client is charged excluding VAT during the 12 months after its first payment; refunds are deducted in the month they are made; on the 15th of each month Pindash pays what was earned up to the previous month if it reaches €50, against the agency’s invoice).
The commission applies to accounts that sign up with the agency’s link or that the agency chooses with this option before they have made their first payment, and never to an account that came through another affiliate’s link. On sign-up, Pindash creates the agency’s affiliate code and link; the agency sees its sign-ups, commission and payouts in the affiliate dashboard, without its clients’ details.
Option B · The agency pays
The agency pays for the plans of the clients it marks with this option in a single monthly invoice addressed to it:
- Each client has the plan the agency chooses for it, with that plan’s limits, and receives no charge from Pindash while the agency pays for it.
- The monthly price of each plan in Pindash’s current catalogue is paid, with a volume discount on the sum of the plans according to the number of clients the agency pays for: 3 to 9 clients, 15%; 10 to 24, 20%; 25 or more, 25%. With 1 or 2 clients there is no discount.
- When clients are added or removed, or their plan changes, the subscription and the discount adjust automatically, prorated on the next invoice.
- Before the first payment, the agency provides its billing details and accepts these terms. Payment is handled by Stripe (card, PayPal or Link) and Pindash issues the invoice, with the applicable VAT, to the agency.
- The agency decides how much it passes on to its clients for its services; that relationship is between the agency and its client.
The option A commission and the option B discount do not add up on the same client: option B invoices belong to the agency and do not generate commission.
When the agency stops paying for a client
If the agency stops paying for a client’s plan, cancels joint billing, does not pay its invoice or the client removes it from its team, the client keeps its plan for 14 days and Pindash notifies it by email. During that period it can take out its own plan. If it does not, its account returns to its normal situation under its service contract: without a plan, its data is frozen for 30 days and then deleted.
If an agency invoice remains unpaid, Pindash may end joint billing; the affected clients have the same 14-day period.
Data
Pindash processes the data of the agency’s person and its billing details according to its privacy notice. When the agency pays for a client’s plan, the client sees the agency’s name in its Plan and billing, and the agency sees that client’s plan and payment status.
Changes and closing
Pindash may change these terms by notifying the agency by email with a summary of the changes; new discounts and commissions do not affect what has already been invoiced. The agency can cancel joint billing at any time from its dashboard and close its account by writing to hello@pindash.pro.
